Return and Refund Policy – LUJURI BV

1. General
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LUJURI. If the product is not exactly what you expected, you can easily return it within the stated period. We ensure that the return process is smooth, fair, and transparent.
2. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it without providing a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
3. Conditions for returns
- The product must be in its original condition: unused and undamaged.
- All labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.
If the product does not meet these conditions, LUJURI reserves the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial reimbursement.
4. How to return your order
- Send an email to info@lujuri.com including your order number and the items you wish to return.
- You will receive the return instructions and return address from us.
- Carefully pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error or damaged delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
5. Refunds
After receiving and approving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order was canceled within the withdrawal period.
6. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? This is possible as long as the desired variant is in stock. Please email us at info@lujuri.com to arrange the exchange. The original item must be returned before we ship the replacement. Any shipping costs for the new item will be at the customer’s expense.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please report this within 48 hours of receipt via info@lujuri.com including photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
8. Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
