Shipping Policy – LUJURI BV

1. General

At LUJURI, we aim to deliver your order with care and speed. Every package is prepared with attention to detail.
We ship worldwide from our logistics center:
Bramenbos 10, 5271ZC Sint-Michielsgestel, The Netherlands
in collaboration with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

The Netherlands & Belgium
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping cost: Free for orders over €40. For orders under this amount, a €4.95 shipping fee applies.

Europe (EU)
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping cost: €9.95 – free for orders over €100.

International (outside EU)
Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping cost: €19.95 – free for orders over €150.

*Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on business days before 17:00 (CET) are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

4. Packaging & Sustainability

We believe in accessible luxury with respect for the planet. Therefore, we use:

  • Recycled and recyclable packaging materials
  • Minimal plastic components
  • Premium, reusable packaging (such as boxes or pouches designed to be kept and reused)

5. Delays or Non-Delivery

External factors such as customs checks, holidays, or severe weather conditions may cause delivery delays.
If you have not received your package within the expected time frame, please contact us within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation at info@lujuri.com and include your order number.
We will personally assist you and follow up on your shipment.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
LUJURI BV is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it for the standard shipping fee.

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

For products marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing multiple items will typically be shipped together once all products are available, unless stated otherwise.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Every product is carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Send an email including photos of the package and the damaged item(s) to info@lujuri.com.
We will arrange an appropriate solution — replacement or refund.
